Instructor Ron Staggs
Ron Staggs is a NRA / SC SLED Certified Concealed Weapon Instructor, Utah CFP Instructor and a Criminal Justice Graduate.
Ron has been instructing Concealed Weapon classes since 2009.
"It's a passion"! Ron simply loves helping individuals become more secure through Concealed Weapon training classes.
Making class enjoyable and stress free is his goal. No matter if you are advanced gun handler or someone who has never touched a gun, Ron will take whatever time required to help you become confident.
Many came to Staggs Defense as students but most always leave as friends who stay in contact with Ron through facebook and phone calls.
In the picture above, Ron spends time with students of a "Women's Only" class to ensure they are comfortable with the handgun prior to shooting on the range.
